With shift of productivity, some manufacturers move northward to open factories in Pearl River Delta and printing industry is among industries making investment northward. We, too, made a deployment some years ago and formally open a factory three years ago in Dongguan. While printing industry is subject to an” Urban industry” in US and European countries, it is a “Pollution industry” domestically, which is under strict supervision (including area of environment protection and industry safety). Thus, we havemade coordination and passed certification of ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001, among which ISO14001 is to do well in environment protection and effectively treat 3 kinds of pollution sources to environment, that is ,“ waste water, exhaust gas and noise”. Additionally, wastes generated in coordination with production such as sewage from washing zinc etching, photo film, sewage from washing cars as well as kitchen sewage also needs to be treated accordingly to avoid pollution to environment.
